Full Memberships*
Silver $2099 – 40 tee times per year
Gold $2599 – 60 tee times per year
Platinum $3099 – 80 tee times per year
Platinum Plus $3999 – unlimited tee times
9 Holes Only $1999 – 60 tee times per year
Intermediate Memberships*
Age 20-29 $1619 – 40 tee times per year
Age 30-39 $1859 – 40 tee times per year
Age 20-39 Platinum $2459 – unlimited tee times
Youth Memberships*
Novice Age 8-12 $180/$115** – 40 tee times per year
Junior Age 13-18 $520/$248** – 40 tee times per year
Student Age 19-25 $740 – 40 tee times per year
Categories Of Membership
Platinum Plus*
A golfer who has reached the age of 40 or older on or before April 1st.
Platinum*
A golfer who has reached the age of 40 or older on or before April 1st.
Gold*
A golfer who has reached the age of 40 or older on or before April 1st.
Silver*
A golfer who has reached the age of 40 or older on or before April 1st.
9-Hole Member
A golfer who has reached the age of 40 or older on or before April 1st.
Playing privileges include unrestricted access Monday to Friday and after 12:00 PM on weekends.
Intermediate Golfers*
Intermediate A | Ages 19–29
A non-student golfer who is 29 years old or younger as of April 1st.
Intermediate B | Ages 30–39
A golfer who is 39 years old or younger as of April 1st.
Intermediate Plus | Ages 19–39
A golfer who is between 19 and 39 years old as of April 1st.
Student*
A Student Golfer who has reached the age of 19 as of April 1st and is attending a post-secondary educational institution. Proof of enrollment is required.
Junior Golfer
A Junior Golfer who has not reached the age of 19 as of April 1st.
Junior Golfer – Novice
A golfer who is 8–12 years old as of April 1st of the current year.
Junior Playing Privileges:
Weekends and holidays: After 1:00 PM
Weekends and holidays: Between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM when playing with an adult golf member
Weekdays: After 2:00 PM
Juniors may book up to 8 days in advance
Senior*
A golfer who has reached the age of 75 or older on or before April 1st and has been a member for more than 10 years.
Senior members receive 10% off their package.
Couple*
Two cohabiting adults with full playing privileges.
Couples receive 20% off the lesser-priced membership package.
Leaves of Absence
There are two types of Leaves of Absence available to Members
- Medical Leave (ML)
- Discretionary Leave (DL)
Medical Leave of Absence (ML)
The request must be submitted in writing, supported by a physician’s letter, and presented to the General Manager or Secretary of the Board for approval.
Should the ML be approved, the Member will be subject to the following terms and conditions of ML status:
Membership Status
- Maintain their current state of membership for 60 days, including paying all dues
- Upon the 61st day, the dues paid from approval to the 60th day will be credited to their account, and no further dues will be charged until the member returns to active status
- Golf Members on MLOA will only have access to the Golf practice facility as a way of rehabilitation
- While on leave, the member cannot access the course by booking a tee time or as a guest.
- During the medical leave period, the Member will continue to have access to the dining facilities and pro-shops of the Club. All purchases are the responsibility of the Member
- When the Member is on ML, they will not be responsible for maintaining the House Minimum obligation. The annual F&B minimum will be pro-rated from the day of the ML approval to the date of return
Discretionary Leave (DL)
The request may be granted to a Member who cannot maintain his or her full membership due to personal or business reasons, excluding medical.
A request must be submitted in writing and presented to the General Manager or Secretary of the board for approval.
Should the DL be approved, the Member will be subject to the following terms and conditions of DL status:
- Membership Status is Maintained, at minimum, a Social membership and pay the associated dues to such membership category & status.
- Capital Assessment – The member will pay 100% of the capital assessment fee associated with the membership category from which they are on leave, for every year of their absence.
- Access to Facilities. A golf member on DL will not have access to the course or practice facilities by booking a tee time or being a guest while on leave.
- Access to Clubhouse facilities / Minimum – During the DL period, the Member will continue to have access to the Club’s dining facilities and Pro-Shops, and any purchases are the responsibility of the Member.
- During the time that the Member is on DL, they will not be responsible to maintain the House Minimum obligation. The annual F&B minimum will be pro-rated from the day of the DL approval to the date of return. The member must continue to pay 100% of the capital assessment fees of their regular membership category.
Resignation of membership
The request must be submitted in writing and presented to the General Manager or Secretary of the Board for approval.
Should the Resignation be approved, the Member will be subject to the following terms and conditions.
- If you resign before April 30th for Golfers or September 30st for Curlers you will be entitled to a full refund of all payments up to this time.
- If you resign after May 1st for Golfers or October 1 st for Curlers you will be entitled to 75% of your membership fees back but no other fees such as capital, association fees etc.
- If you resign after June 1st for Golfers or December 1st for Curlers you will be entitled to 50% of your membership fees back but no other fees such as capital, association fees etc.
- If you resign after July 1st for golfers or January 1st for Curlers you are not entitled to any refund.
- Please note that if your house account is not in good standing at any time, you will lose your playing privileges until it is back in good standing.
