Meeting Rooms & Conference Facilities
The Brockville Country Club has many options when it comes to hosting meetings and conferences.
MAIN DINING ROOM
The main dining room can be configured to host meetings and conferences. The dining room has the added advantage of overlooking the beautiful golf course and also has a balcony overlooking the course which can be used during coffee or bar breaks. The upstairs bar is conveniently located to the main dining room.
The main dining room can accommodate up to 150 people for functions.
Situated just off the main dining is the Board Room. This room is available for functions where the numbers are limited and some privacy is desired.
The Board Room can accommodate up to 30 people.
The curling lounge is on the main floor of the clubhouse and overlooks the curling rink. This facility can be used for functions year-round, not just during the curling season. Many organizations will use pipe-and-drape to make this area a cozy environment for functions. The upstairs bar is situated beside the curling lounge.
The curling lounge can accommodate 75 people for functions.
The golf lunge is in the lower section of the clubhouse and overlooks the golf course. A separate bar located within the golf lounge serves golfers and events held in the golf lounge.
The golf lounge can accommodate functions with 85 people.
During the summer months, the curling rink is converted into an event hall. The Granite Hall is air conditioned, has acoustic tiles in the ceiling for sound control, has carpet tiles added during the summer and contains a large stage with a theatre-grade curtain backdrop. Separate bar facilities can be set up in the Granite Hall and the Club’s kitchen staff can serve sit-down or buffet styled meals to meet an organizer’ preference.
Function in the 350 range can be accommodated when a food service is required and can be set up to handle 750 for a theatre-style conference setting.
Multiple rooms can be utilized for a function or multiple functions can be accommodated on the same date given the separation of room and multiple bar facilities.
