The Brockville Country Club Food & Beverage staff can tailor a banquet menu to meet your needs. Served dinner options can be based on beef, pork, chicken or seafood. Vegetarian and gluten free options are also available. All dinner options can be served with soup or salad, seasonal vegetables, starch, dessert, coffee, tea and dinner rolls, again fine-tuned to your needs.
Buffet options are also available and can be based on one, two or three main entrees. The buffet can include an assorted salad bar, assorted dessert buffet, dinner rolls, coffee and tea.
Special platters and appetizers can be prepared as pre-banquet canopies or as food choices for less formal events. In all cases, full bar service is available to support a function and the BCC would be pleased to bring in a special wine should the party so desire.
